In this one-day workshop, participants will learn and practice teaching methods and writing skills that directly address preparation for the Oregon State Writing Test. This course demonstrates the use of the Six Analytical Writing Traits in daily lessons, which raise awareness and boost student skill levels.
Participants will develop plans for teaching imaginary, persuasive, narrative, and expository writing and methods for using the Six Analytical Writing Traits in each of these modes.
